All tips i found has not helped, delete cached password, new profile, etc nothing helps, it keeps asking password. I am getting a couple new customers each day that getting this problem and i don't know what to do.

Hello, In the Control Panel User account. Manage passwrod Appears in the left menu Windows credentials Select all the credentials that say something about Office and delete them.
